I have Razer Mantis Control (its the same one as Goliathus), and I`m using it for 5 years now, and its still in one piece.Smile But also worth trying if u want cloth pad ( I like cloth pads the most): Golaithus speed, Everglide Titan (its smooth like speed version) and Qck+ from steelseries. Actually I`m thinking about buying Qck+ for myself these days its even bigger then Goliathus XL pad Wink

definatly a little mousepad is not ok Smile
get a EVERGLIDE TITAN
its plain black big cloth mat. they are very nice, last a long time, i also use 1.1a on it
once you get a big mat you start to use the space and you get much better i think
+ the everglide comes in a fukin cool tin Tongue
it is worth the money!

I just switched to a Steelseries QcK+ about a month ago, and so far so good. Although it is a thin mousemat and you therefor need a smooth surface, it is a very solid mousemat.
It's also a very big one, so very useful for me as I found the Qpad LowSense not big enough for me lately (started hitting my keyboard when turning to left).

Ive used a number of qpads, an everglide titan, a few razer mouse mats all though out my gaming career in various formats/games and so far im really happy with the Roccat Taito..

its effectively a titan in its style (cloth) but i found the pickup is better and the surface is better on the wrist (my wrist rests on the matt a lot as use a faily low mouse sense etc.

its also lasted a fair while astheticly, not worn or marked etc.
